Artist Statement:

I draw the world as I feel it. My current work explores my sense of humans as instinctive and primal animals. I’m interested in how we connect and relate from this essential ambiguity and layeredness, how we might express things we feel but are often unseen, including tenderness, intimacy, fear, and more and more all at once—connections that contain danger alongside nourishment.
