DOMESTIC

• I offer free shipping for orders within the United States.

• I compare quotes from FedEx, UPS and USPS. For orders over certain price thresholds, I will ship with FedEx. For other orders, I will usually ship with USPS or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL

• International shipping is paid for by the buyer.

• The cost for international shipping varies greatly. When the buyer places an order through my website, I ask the buyer to pre-pay a $20 flat fee at checkout. I will then reach out to the buyer via email and provide actual shipping quotes from multiple carriers: DHL, UPS, and Fed Ex. Once a carrier is selected, I will provide an invoice with the shipping cost.

LOCAL

• If you are in the Boulder/Denver area, I welcome a local pick-up or drop-off and so we can say hi!

• I may also reach out to you to coordinate a local pick-up or drop-off if I see that the shipping address is within the Boulder area.

I do not offer returns or exchanges.
